Sprint board
A lightweight kanban inside ResponZ. The goal is one place to turn insights into action without leaving the product.
What it shows
A four-column board with the support and content actions surfaced by the rest of the platform: articles to write, agents to coach, Fin workflows to fix, accounts to call.
Sprint board is intentionally minimal. It is not a Jira replacement. It exists so that an insight you spot at 10am has a place to live by 10:05am.
Columns
- To do — captured tasks not yet started. Default lane for new items.
- In progress — actively being worked on. Should never hold more than 2× the team size.
- In review — for articles awaiting approval, briefs awaiting feedback, drafts pending a second pair of eyes.
- Done — closed. Items older than 30 days are archived automatically.
Swimlanes
Three swimlanes group cards by work type:
- Content — write or update Help Center articles, FAQ entries, internal SOPs.
- Coaching — brief agents on a pattern, schedule a review, share a sample.
- Product / AI — fix a Fin Agent workflow, file a product bug, escalate a release regression.
Filter by priority (low / medium / high) and assignee on top of swimlanes.
Creating tasks
Three ways to add a card:
- From the board, click + Add on any column.
- From any insight (a gap, a low-scoring reply, a risky account), click Send to sprint. The card lands in To do with the context attached as a link back to the source.
- Via keyboard shortcut n.

Tip
Workflows
Weekly support sync (15 min)
Open the board, filter to In progress. Each owner gives a one-line status. Move blockers to To do and assign a new owner. Done.
Sprint closing
At the end of every two weeks, archive Done, count the cards by swimlane, and post the count in your team channel. That is your output metric for the sprint.
